Cellc app not working
I recharged my prepaid account from airtime beginning of March, using Cellc app (double data deal). I did not receive double data, so spent 2 x R49 for 1.2BG (instead of R49 for same data). Please refund R49 to my account. Third time I have asked, still no response. Poor service
