Cellc app is bull ****

I bought data in the 18th March 2023 on the app and did not receive my data. I called the call centre and the agent said that my contracts were not top up. I called the cell store in Paris and was told I am on a top plan and that my purchase on the 18th isn't reflecting. I called them on the 19th and still nothing. I can see on my bank transaction that cellc had deducted money via fastpay. I want my money or my data. I contacted FNB and they said I should contact cellc but cellc isn't helping.
