Cellc and their legal department ssda will rob you day light

Had a contract with them, my account was in arias then 14 days ago they sent me an email saying i should contact cell c for a discount to settle my account and at that moment the amount was R2576.4 today i contacted cell c and they gave me the same amount and gave me a contact for their legal department as my accountant is now handed over, when i call the ssda to my surprise my acc is now R4575 close to double the initial amount.
