Cellc and the struggle to get the paid up letter!

I have been following up everyday with Cellc for them to give me my paid up letter and they still haven't done anything to help me! Their consultants keep on telling that they have escalated the matter and the response will be given after 2 working days and nothing happens still. I was told to wait 21 working days and I will get it, the period ended and still nothing has been done about the matter! Cellc has just been a waste of my time and I regret ever signing up to take the contract!!!
