CellC and SSDA ,

CellC & SSDA Attention: I paid my account on the 24th Jan 2023. There was been told to me that I will get an response after 7 to 10 days , letting me know that they have received payment with a letter. Just an mail to tell me they have try to phone me and there was no response, thats all . Now I don't know what's going on, did they received there payment, Who ? SSDA or CellC. Do I get another response, I am not sure. Still awaits for my letter. ???? By the way , I am still a CellC client and they Debit me from my bank account with No Issues every month .
