CellC and miassist *******

I wrote a post about a month ago about Cell C and the company underwritten by the called MIASSIST which the signed me up with out my concern and deducted money from my account without my concern. I was then contacted by Cell C and was promised that the lady that did dat mistake will apologize to me and refund my money back . On Friday I get a call being informed that they want to refund me but my account is not active to my surprise the same account they claim is not active they deducted money from it on the 1st May so I'm really puzzle that this account that CellC and miassist works when they deduct my money but when they have to refund money all of a sudden the account is not working. Shame on you cellC and your miassist company you guys are actually a bunch of *******. Taking money from someone's account without their consent it pure theft. I tried calling to resolve this but the same CellC that's taking my money says I must call miassist I don't know how this miassist company is and I have never done or gave them concern to deduct money even on my statement CellC is the company deducting my money so please stop the ******* you are doing and pay my money back
