Cellc and Blake & associates ********!

My Cell C account went into arrears last year due to loss of income caused by Covid 19. CELL C handed me over to Blake and Associates. I've been asking both Cell C and Blake & Associates for amounts being owed and Blake says Cell C asked for them to collect R4558.62. When i called CELL C they say amount was for R2540. There's A HUGE DISCREPANCY WITH THE 2 COMPANIES AND BOTH ARE REFUSING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND SHOW US ON PAPER THE TRUE AMOUNT. I'VE CALLED CELL C MORE THAT 15 TIMES AND CONSTANTLY PUT ON HOLD AS THEY DONT HAVE ANY INFO ON THE CELL OR ID NUMBER. Im so frustrated i dnt know what to do. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP RESOLVE THIS???
