CellC Account on my credit report

Good day<br> <br> Despite not having had a Cell C contract, there is suddenly a Cell C account reflecting on my credit score. It reflects that I am R500 in arrears and have not paid in months. I have tried, to no avail, to contact Cell C and no one seems to know which way to send me.<br> <br> Please remove this IMMEDIATELY as the account does not even exist and this untruthful credit rating has now caused me to not qualify for a Home Loan.<br> <br>
