CELLC ACCOUNT
I still get sms's from CellC reminding me to pay my account whereas I have paid the account in full. They put my name in credit bureau but when I call them they say account is paid in full. When I ask for the paid up letter they say they wills end to me after 5 days, When I call after 5 day I get the same response....Really do not know what to do now....

02 Nov 2022, 15:37I have been trying to get the paid up letter with no success. Every time I call they say I must wait for 5/7 days. After the days I still have no paid up letter
I called again today and I was told the same thing....I am very tired now, I really do not know what to do to get the paid up letter
