Cellc a bunch of *********** fools

Cell advertises phones on their website but when you call they do not have stock? I called a few weeks later to find out how to cancel my contract only for an agent to tell me that they do have stock for the phone. I upgraded with him confirming the handset and all the specifications I wanted on the 23rd May, I followed up today 30th May to find out what is going on? Only for another agent to tell me that I was upgraded with a sim only and no handset...then she proceeded to say lets correct it and tell me the phone I upgraded to was no longer available and advised on the hand sets that were available. What kind of a business is Cellc running. You guys are really annoying me. If this cannot be sorted out I want to cancel!!!!!!!!
