Cellc

In July last year I canceled my cell c contract. I did however.notice that they were still withdrawing funds from my account. When I went to cellc gateway I was told that the contract was not canceled and I had to pay R385. I subsequently paid the amount and was guaranteed that the contract was canceled however since then cellc has continuously attempted to withdraw funds from my account and has now threatened to blacklist me. I was also been reported to the credit bureau. This resulted in a rejection for my home loan. I was further told that I could take no action against cellc and that they will go on harassing me.
