Worst service not ever recommended to anyone. Ive been trying to resolve an issue with this company for over 1year and still i havent got anyone to call me nor help me. Absolutely waste of time

Im very upset regarding this matter due to the fact that my account is in itc ontop of that i get the lawyers contacting me saying i owe R9000 when my service has been terminated by cellc not me.
When i went to a store i was told i need to pay R3021 only for the handset and not the benefits.
Im very upset and frustrated how can you give someone a 24 month contract and terminate it before that without any consent.
This is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating please contact regarding this issue.

That what frustrates me because the level of service received is ridiculous and im very angry regarding this.
