Cellc customer service is the worst ever , I fell behind with my contract and contacted their service department to pay off my account. They provided me the account number and my reference which I used to pay.i sent through proof of payment February 2023 but till now they can't see the payment this is affecting my ability to obtain credit as it still showing on my ITC record that I am paying cellc installment of 2300
