Hey so in November I took out a cellc Sim contract the guy that helped me said my debit date would be 26 of December.. Cellc has not debited out from my card and it's not my fault ... I want to make payment agreement for the first week in Feb now I only get paid 31st of Jan my contact details *** vishana Singh
