Cellc

On the 25th October 2023 I was request to settle my account which was R3352.00 which I did and received a paid up letter. On the month of December I went on my credit report to check if the cellc credit was closed it.fine it was closed but on January it was back again on my report, sent an email to the credit bureau disputing the account which still shows as active and they came back to me stating that cellc states that I need to pay another R815.00 which I do not off.

Till today I am not getting any joy.
