Cellc

I renewed my contract with cell c from a pinnacle packages to a smart data plan and when I was on the pinnacle package I knew if i go over my limits i will be charged per billing and when I moved to the smart data plan I was never advised that my limit I had with the first contract I opened will be carried over to the smart data plan and that I must change the limit to phone in and now I am liable for the amount of R650 which I have to pay because i wasn't giving the right info from the day I renewed the contract and that its not the sales persons job to advice me that my limit on my first contract will be carried over to my new contract I was sold a 10gig data plan for R149 and was told that is what I am going to pay and wasn't advised that if I go over my 10gig package I will be charged per mb I use. After this contract I WILL NEVER USE CELLC again!

Its on recording i did it over the phone. Thing is when I took out my first contract with cellc I knew about the limit I had with the first and second contract because it was on pinnacle 100 that where i could phone and use data and my payments was R200-R650 that included the phone and the use of the services and if I go over my 100min limit I knew about that but when I moved to the smart data plan I thought it was suppose to change the slaes guy that offered me this data plan I was told only that I will pay R149 for 10gig he said nothing of the limit of my old contract that, that limit will be carried over to my new contract

Cell c should change the way contracts are sold if a client wants to get a smaller package when he or she renews her contract the sales person is suppose to advice the client there is a limit lets say its R1000 limit that, that limit will be transferred to the new contract regardless of the amount is for the new contract. Because the person i spoke to over the phone now she went on that I knew about the limit that was in place yes I knew about it on my pinnacle contract I did not know that the limit will be transferred to my smart data plan, I was thinking it will change because the type of contract is changing from a pinnacle contract to a smart data plan!
