0 results found for CellC: in June 2023 one of the cellc consultant called and offered me a contract, i accepted the offer for a Samsung A33 which was gonna be R279/m then we finalised the deal. Few days later the phone was delivered at my address ,unfortunately it it was not the phone i agreed on, it was Samsung A23 and the installment went up to R489/m, out of my shock i immediately phone cell to cancel the contract and collect the phone still sealed. They send the driver to come collect the phone after two days . On my payday when I go into my bank account, cellc debited my account with R489 , i phoned them querying the transaction since i have cancelled the contract and return the phone, they apologise and say they rectify the error the i phoned my bank to stop the debit order and reversed what was debit. I have been contacting cellc several time to sort out the matter and they kept on promising that this will be sorted. Today i received a call from attorneys , unfortunately i couldn't get their name but the is ***, telling me that my cellc account have been handed over to them for non-payment. that means now i have a bad credit record for something that is not on my possession. Kindly assist sorting out this matter.
