Can someone please explain to me how does the upgrade process work? I phoned cell c two weeks ago to give a cancellation notice on my one account- the lady that spoke to me said that with my other phone i am allowed to upgrade.. ********** 138 number. When i wanted to upgrade eventually they told me i cant upgrade yet? ***? How does that work? I really just want to upgrade???? Im also experiencing a lot of signal difficulty. Im not really happy with Cell c.
