Cellc

On the 2nd august i had over 1.5gb of data .then on the 3rd morning all my data disapeared. I called cell c they told me at 7 am my phone done updates .i asked for a record or something showing wat went on i get sent data used and balance that was not what i asked for .then i checked all my settings on my cell and nothing is set been auto updates. I even have 28 updates that need to be done.all my last updates reflect july or older.i could not find any updates done .my soft ware update was done done months ago and doesnt alow another update as its on latest version.all updates give the last date of update and not one was done on the 3rd august.i even requested for cell c to load me 1 gb and to my confermation if auto updat was set then surly the 28 more updates would be updated if auto update was set.i do not believe cell c and i think they removed my data.just a few days before that i recieved warning for not paying my account teling me its gonna be cut off despite me actually paying my acc.every month for the last 6 months i have had problems with cell c if they not wrongfully handing me over to their legal department .i get sms demanding payment.now my data gets removed. When is this going to end.i want cell c to fix my blady account and i want all my lost data readded.cell c has been making sooooo many mistakes on my a consumers account.leave my f....in account and data alone.i pay for it *** sukes.seems the more i pay the more *** ups they make on my account. If this **** continues im going to be forced to go to the ombudsman.cause i cant deal with this **** every month.cell c fix my account !!!!!
