CellC

I took a data deal (router ane sim x2) at CellC in Feb 2017, in a branch in Ladysmith at the Oval Shopping Centre. I was billed end of March for the beginning of contract,which was double the amount that I would have to pay throughout. This was explained to me when I took the contract.

But in April I was billed the same amount again. I went in the first week of May to quiery this. They then told me that I did not have a limit set on my data bundle. But I had made sure and even checked this the day I took both contracts. And this double billing only happened on one sim.

The limit was checked to be set at a rand extra. So that couldn't explain the bill.

I was told this would be followed up by the manager Shaun.

Till this day I have received no information at all.

I go into the shop and I ask specifically for Shaun. He tells me every time that he will look into it.

I don't know if it's the incompetencey of just this branch or this is how customers are dealt with.

But I need answers.

By the way during my constant visits to the branch looking for answers, I requested a reference number for my case, I was given nothing.

Whether this was followed up, I do not know.
