<p>Good day</p> <p>I would like to complain and query the service of CellC.</p> <p>my phone is broken and needto hand it in for repairs.</p> <p>I went to CellC Brooklyn and they could not guarantee the time of repairs.</p> <p>then I went back 2 days later and they said that they don't hand in phones in there store anymore and that I had to go to there Hatfield or menlyn branch.</p> <p>so went to hatfield to hand my phone in and they said they cant hand the phone in. </p> <p>So in would like to know why Isue mmust struggke to hand my phone in at CellC and if the matters could be resolved about this?</p> <p> </p> <p>My new mail address is ***</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
