CellC 087, 086 call barring
I am un able to call 087 or 086 numbers. These prefixes relate to numbers to emergency services and insurance call centres etc. I won't be renewing my contract until you change this.

You can't call Premium lines, Shared call lines, and Special numbers (0800..., 0860... 087...) with inclusive minutes. You will need a rand value airtime to make calls because of their call rates.
