Cell zzz, not C

I called the call centre on 28 April with a SMS Notification issue . Messages regarding balance of airtime/data for a cell c number were being sent to my other number ( Vodacom) ,which used to be on Cell C. ( Long story . Still on this website ) Till today, not sorted out. Was given reference number and told max.48 hours to resolve it. 4 more calls to call centre , tons of different stories later . Given message centre number to change. No change. Also a long code to enter and restart phone not resolved. Told to go to cell c shop. They closed it here, along with 127 others... ( I wonder why ) So I removed SIM card and broke it in half. NEVER AGAiN
