CELL X IS THE MOST USELESS NETWORK EVER

On the 28th of February I called cell c the morning pass 8 to have my details update,I'm still waiting for my statement to be send to my email address I provided the consultant with. I then made a call pass 4 before making the call I check and my balance was R26 something, I spoke for about 9 minutes and 10 seconds then I checked my airtime again and it showed I had R10,73 left I call the consultant after being on a long hold I explained to her I have airtime left but now I'm being changed also for current usage,she goes by the name of zanele she started talking over me to the point where I had to shout for her to keep quiet I explained to her this SIM card is not on in my phone I only switch it on when I need to use the airtime but I do use the sim card she then shouting that I do use the card so I told her I never denied that fact and I asked her why is she steering away from my issue so I explain to her again I also told her I work in a call center myself and she has no customer service ethics whatsoever,I kept explaining to her when I check my airtime it shows me I have R10 something left which in the screenshot it will show then she said no I have R8 left she then argued about that also,so I asked her to send me my statement so I can open it cause Im never able to open it because of the format it's send in I then ended the call because she was of no help,still waiting for the statement ...CELL X IS THE MOST USELESS NETWORK EVER!!!!! cant wait till my contract is over in a few months ,i always recommend cell c to friends but no more!!!! Disgusted
