Cell Wifi Contract

Took a contract with Cell C last year for 10 gigs of data, they only give me 5 gigs and not 10 Even when I check on their app I only see 5 gigs loaded in my account, I'm still waiting for proof from them they actually gave me 10 gigs and why I'm only seeing 5 gigs
