CELL WIFI CALLING NO LONGER WORKING AND MMS

I have always Loved CELL C. But since we migrated to Vodacom's towers wifi calling is no longer working. Every time when I call the call centre we go through a verification process and then they say they will put me through to the technical department. Then I get cut off. I phone 4 times this morning and the same thing happens. I have even bought a new Simcard and did a sim swop.

I have registered wifi calling and de-registered it and registered it again

My MMS also does not work, I can receive an MMS but when I send one it shows it was sent but the recipient does not receive the MMS.
