Went in to Cell-C Cape Gate yesterday,14th January, to do a sim swap, was told I need my I.D, why was this not mentioned when I inquired about doing just that,Waste of my time. Spoke to the assistant that I was going to cancel my contract when it ended on the 26th March and told her that i was advised to send an e-mail on the 25th February so that it would activate the 1 month notice required. She said ''don't send an an e-mail,they don't read them'', phone instead.??? An e-mail is black and white,it is proof that you notified them, they can deny receiving the phone call. Do Cell-C know what they are doing?,do Cell-c employers know what they are doing?, do Cell-C know what their employers are doing?. Do they just make up rules and policies as they go. I will send a mail on the 25th February, no phone calls and that contract WILL be cancelled on the 26th March. Regards David Dry
