Cell - Unable to blacklist my phone and provide ITC no

I asked for my phone to be blacklisted after it has been ******, but it has been a week since (23-30 Oct 2024) and it has not been resolved. Cell C cannot provide me with ITC number. This matter has been escalated multiple times but it does not get resolved.
