Cell Tower at Norkem Park High School. SITE 100386/1397 S/E

Trust you are well. Cell Tower at Norkem Park High School. SITE 100386/1397 S/E The Generator at the Cell C Tower , Norkem Park High School, corner James Wright Avenue and Duluca street, Norkem Park X3 has been running for a month now. Can somebody please check why the electricity has not been paid again for this tower. It happens most times when the school is on holiday. This is been happening for about two years now. Somebody is not doing their job. The Drone and Diesel fumes are unbearable. Our house smells of Diesel fumes and is affecting our sinuses. To crown everything we are forced to stay home because of LOCKDOWN. Can you help or who do you think can help. PLEASE, PLEASE; Your urgent help will be much appreciated. Thanks.
