Cell the worst!!!

Firstly, they offer me a migration that supposedly cancelled out the other contract that was ending anyway, lies. Then, they tell me that whatever data they load on the first of the month, is only debited on the second month. Meaning that they load data on the first of Aug, and only debit on the 27th of Sept,for that data. Statement shows otherwise, but they refuse to see it. Then, to top it all off, they refuse to cancel my contract that is 6 hours old, with data unused, claiming that the contract doesn't have a cooling off period. Documents for which, I haven't even received. Phofu, calls keep getting dropped, promises to return calls not even honored.
