I promised Cell C I will write a review on this site and Google Review. Unlike them, I keep my promises. Today I am about to find out why the staff at Cell C Tygervalley responsible for repairs are still working there. I know it's not easy to fire a person, but it's not ******* either. Such incompetence I have only seen at Eskom thus far. And Cell C needs to explain today, why it takes three months to repair a brand new mobile phone. Where do you send it? To Mars? Who has it now? Why is that person still working for you? Why do you keep billing us for services not rendered? All these questions will hopefully be answered today at 12:30pm when we will search for the mysterious "manager" in charge of this business, who apparently only works on Fridays between 08:00 and 08:01.

That's part of the issue Cell C. The phone was handed in during January. The reference number was only issued a couple of days ago after several requests to speak to the manager of the store. But, this is not the manner in which the issue will be resolved. Here, I only inform the public of your next step. I will know what that is, this afternoon.
