CELL SERVICE SUCKS

I received an sms saying that my cell c contract is about to be approved and I did not apply for any contract. I called the call centre(20 Nov) and spoke to a guy by the name of Siyanda who said that he will log a complaint with the back office to give me a call back( my number was not taken) the reference number he gave me is ***, I told him I cannot wait two working days to get this resolved and he put me through to the Sales Department.<br> <br> I was holding the line for 30 minutes with no answer I hung up and dialed again Lerato from customer care answered but hung up before I could even explain what I wanted, I called back and spoke to Fikile she transferred me again to the Sales Team and have been on hold for almost 20 minutes.<br> <br> I've been calling again today no one can assist me, so what must i do to get assistance from cell c<br> <br> Is this how you treat your customers, I had a contract with cell c which was paid up always on time, when I need help no one seems to assist how pathetic this is the worst service ever very embarrassing. <br> <br>
