Cell sCavenger

I cannot wait to cancel my contract with what I can name Cell sCavenger. My line was suspended due to 1 month missed payment of which I did make arrangements, the annoying part with Cell C is that even after making a payment arrangement, you are being called 5 to 10 times by consultants threatening you to close your line if you do not pay even though you made payment arrangements, even after them double debiting, my line was still not restored and it was a mission to get hold of them on their 135 customer care number. When eventually managing to get hold of them, and it so seems like the consultants they hire are not adequately trained because some of them are rude. Today when inquiring about cancellation, the rude consultant that was assisting me told me she is transferring me to the cancellation department, the number she transferred me to gave me the following voice note "the number you have dialed does not exist , please redial carefully. If its part of their plan to keep me in this useless contract of theirs because its ending end February, I will take it with my legal advisers. Anyone reading this planning to get a Cell C contract, I would recommend you get a pack of enough Antidepressants to last you till the end of your contract to help with easing the amount of frustration this useless mobile operator is going to give you. Rather stay away if you can ask me
