Cell ****

I have had a data contact with Cell C for a while one,the first ended and I upgraded to another package which I think at most was R250 if not less for a 50GB contract and to my surprise I check my statement today and I billed R621 for the same amount,I call consternation care to ask what that is all about and I am told that my matter cannot be escalated as the contract is now on month to month and that the only way for me to reduce that amount is if I upgrade on that line which I don’t want to,I request to cancel and transferred to the cancellation department and the call is disconnected because the service I require is not available this time, what bs is this…
