CELL RUDENESS FOR YOU

<p>I have bee n offered a new contract from Cell C head office sales department, by Mr Tebogo. This guy has miled me and misinformed me on all levels.</p> <p>When I called Cell C Customer service and Upgrade departments, I encountered 2 rude agents , the one was Mr Teyiso, and the lady I spoke to from Upgrades her name starts with a "T" if you look at their systems.</p> <p>I have been sent from pillar to post by this network and im getting annoyed. I am sitting with 2 contracts of which one is on Epic (was never told about), now i hear i would be paying more than what i am supposed to be paying, i havent even had the liberty to use the phone yet, till i sort this thing out. It seems the people sitting behind these phones are uneducated and have no people s****s. They think we have money to play around with. if this is not sorted I am suing Cell C for trauma.</p>
