Cell Robbing us as client
For the past 3 month Cell C have been failing us as customers.we turn to pay money that we don't even know why..we call and log quiries but nothing get resolved nit proper feed back provided. I now bought the 900 any network that they have but I can't make calls...I can only make calls to cell c..why are they selling us something that does not exist. I am really fedup with how cell c is treating us..their call centre is also useless they can't even help us...I bought a R90 SIM card for data but sudenly m told is R179..the deduct more than 400 every month for what I don't know..can hello Peter please help...m really drained by how we are treated.
