Cell retention department refusing to let me go

<p>Phoned cell c to end my contract expiring at end of this month.</p> <p>cell number ********** 975. they refuse to end my contract. </p> <p>after finally getting a hold of them after two weeks.</p> <p>I dont know why I have to explain myself for more than half an hour just to stop something that is my RIGHT to stop. I feed disgusted with them. They remind me of those stupid FNB radio adds.</p> <p>please end my contract so that I can move over to vodacom.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
