Cell refusing to provide an account number for a settlement
My husband has a contract with cell c and now he wants to settle the account because cell c has blacklisted him. So he called cell c to ask for an account where he can pay the settlement into. They said they don't know because he's account has been handed over to debt collectors. They have no idea who those debt collectors are. It is so frustrating because they keep giving him run arounds instead of giving him an account number where he can pay the debt. Judging from his experience and that of others I have read about I can already deduce that cell c is an *********** company that inconveniences its customers.

24 Oct 2021, 16:21We called Cell C and asked for an account where my husband can make a payment but they refused to give us a reference number and the settlement amount because my husband couldn't remember the questions they asked him. He took the contract a long time ago and he was renting back then. So he has rented more than one house. So because of that they said they can't give him a reference number and the settlement amount.
