Cell poor supply on iphone

Im very disappointed with Cell C, ive been thier client for over 10 years, im due for an upgrade this year and i wanted to upgrade to an iPhone 14 standard which they are selling for R1800 on contract whereas in the market the same phone i can get for R799 with Vodacom & R969 with Telkom, i requested a deal match & they refused - when initially i upgraded to a iphone 13 Pro max which they could not provide for 2 weeks with no updates or feedback, only when i decided to do a follow up i was told that they dont have stock & that phone is suddenly discontinued, when i did the deal match they said i can get the iphone 14 mini with R1500

this is appalling and its day light *******
