Cell phone upgrade
I have app**** for contract upgrade with Cellc Tsakane mall and I was told that the phones are not on stock. I was told that phones will be delivered within a week but now is being 3 weeks. Service from the branch was good, but I don't understand why phones are not delivered to the branch. I have been with Cellc for more than 5 years, but this level of customer service is unacceptable.
