cell phone taken in for delivery

My name is jack.I am a long time cell c customer.I took in my samsung mini 4 cell phone last year around april.untill today I have not got back my cell phone nor is it fixed where it is in there store.<br> <br> I have been told that they have tried calling me to agree for a qoatation so on countless time the repairs or insurance would return my phone for it to be submitted again.and twice I went back re-submit the forms but still no progress.I call insurance to tell them I agree on the qoatation so my phone can be fixed,than I am told I do not have insurance and they do not know the phone I am talking about because on the system it does not show.<br> <br> I am cross because I know I had insurance,and its them that have been sending me quatation to accept.And the samsung I have was a cell phone recently paid by insurance,other wise I wouldint have got the phone.everytime I call I I get is finger pointing.<br> <br> My last encourter with cell was when I called the insurance company to ask what is going on.the maneger was rude as well as the as first helper before being transfered to the manager.the manager advise me to simply cancell the insurance because they won't pay for a phone that is not on the syste
