Cell phone repair claim

I'm so fed up with this company, my cellphone was sent in during until now nothing was done about it, got two ticket numbers, phone was returned to cell c store twice!!!!!!! Worst service ever, more than 4 months without the the devices and paying for this pathetic service , call center is a joke keep dropping my calls, and sending emails without reply, what am I paying for?????
