Cell phone repair
<p>I booked my phone in for repairs on the 25 June 2016. It is now the 19 July 2016, I do not have my phone back, every time i call the repair centre they cant tell me anything, they always sending emails to people never getting responses to give to me, no one has contacted me, havent received an sms.</p> <p> </p> <p> On monday, the 25 July it will be a whole month without my phone that i am paying to have.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not acceptable, please contact me regarding this issue soon as possbile. </p> <p> </p> <p>The imei number of the device is ********** ********** 6</p> <p> </p>

I received my phone today, 20 July 2016, one day after being contacted by Moses who is part of your Hellopeter team. My phone is working well and am happy with the work done it. Thanks Moses for making sure i got my phone back.
It's just a pity that we have to resort to Hellopeter when things go wrong.
