*********** Cell phone provider

My account was canceled in May 2023 however Cell C handed over my account due to a missed payment's debit order that was never communicated to me. I have changed my account from a debit order to self payment option numerous times as I no longer utilize this account, but I was informed this is not possible. I then made payments ahead of time and the debit order continued to get deducted from my account I no longer use. I have changed my email address several times with cellc and had never received any communication from Cell C or statement after asking continuously to forward me the latest statement to my new email address. I have informed Cell C that I prefer communication via emails as my Profession does not allow telephonic communication. I would never have known that my account was handed over if I didn't contact Cell C today 18/10/2024 just to get informed that I can not get a paid up letter as the account had been handed over to some Attorneys but never received the name or contact details??? I was transferred to a Supervisor that had absolutely no phone ethic for someone who works for a Customer Communication service, the line was very broken up and she kept shouting to colleges in the back ground. The call however got disconnected but received no phone call back from the Supervisor. I have been a loyal Customer of Cell C and I have had enough of this *********** service I have received.
