Cell phone package

I was sold a Samsung Galaxy Tablet 4 package over the phone in April 2015 the amount quoted for the package was R99.00 per month. In June I receive a statement and I was charged R197.00, I then call Cell C then I was given ref ***, I spoke to Nthabiseng who promised that they will request the recorded conversation , and provide feedback. On the 14/07/2015 *** at 16:16 called Cell C and spoke to Dali, who informed me that they managed to listen to the sale conversation between my self and their agent and the tariff charge was incorrect. she promised that a reversal will be done, to date I haven't received any feedback and I am still paying R197.00 per month.
