I'm having a problem with cell c device c insurance claim, department, its now 3 weeks since I took my phone for repairs and now they not giving me valid reasons, they keep asking me for information that they already have i.e IMEI NO: and photos of phone boxes, who keeps boxes for cellphones? but every month they debiting my account.

Please intervene Peter

there is still no valid responses from cell c, whilst their run around time is 7-14 days, my phone was submitted at the beginning of the month now its towards month end
