Cell Phone in for Repairs

I have taken my Nokia Lumia 620 Phone in for repairs to Blue Route Mall Tokai, last year August 2014. The first time my phone came back unrepaired as there was a miscommunication between the Insurance Company and the Repair Centre. The phone was then \repaired"and dispatched according to the repair centre on 17 October 2014. When I went as at the end of November 2014 to collect I was advised that it was sent back to the Repair Centre. I have now since December 2014 been contacting the call centre"
