Cell Phone Cover

I put a claim through for my phone and when I can called for feedback they told me I would have to pay R1320 for access for my phone. I insured my phone with them in January and they sent me a contract showing that my first claim would be R350!!! They claim they sent me communication about the price increases. I searched my emails and I didn't get that communication from them. I asked them to forward me the email as proof and I am being sent from pillar to post! I was on the phone with a consultant named Hlengiwe just now, I held for over 40 minutes waiting for her to forward me the email where they informed me about the price increase and then she hung on me! I am very disappointed with their service. I have been calling since last week Friday asking to speak to a manager/supervisor and I end up holding for forever only for them to hang up on me.
