Cell phone contracts on my name that i did not authorize

To whom it may concern.

A former Cell C employee has opened 3 cell phone contracts using my name and ID number together with his banking information. He has not been making payments in past seven months or so. When i received an email on the 27.02.2018 stating that my accounts are arrears, I explained my situation with a reply and also asked what is he way forward. I received a blunt reply stating that i should speak to the person to pay up these contracts as it will affect my ITC rating.

My credit score is now been affected. Can you please transfer this debt to the rightful owner and please remove this debt from my name.
