Cell phone contract cancelled by Cell C

Bad response from Cell C. After I posted complaint they were quick to phone and apparently were investigating through their forensic department which should have been done from day one in August 2021. The data bundle contract was sorted out and Cell C refunded themselves as if they were doing me a favor. After admitting it came out of their own midst I had the data bundle cancelled and I was told I do not owe them anything. Wow, as if I did. Now, coming to my cellphone contract, nothing has been done. An amount of R 5300 was deducted from my account claiming I owe them so much. With the outlet shop at Walmer Park PE THE VERY NICE consultant also tried his best to get behind the reason for the high account. I KNOW it was data bundle gifts that was **********ly obtained within Cell C from my account. Everybody knows that because it happened the same time as with the data bundle contract. Up to know my phone is still de activated and I have been billed for February to the amount of R 256. How do Cell C come to that amount?. I get the impression that there is a huge cover up and that officials of the company is involved. I was told that I am responsible for the data gift bundles that was ****** out of my account as I did not report it earlier. It was reported of which I have reference numbers. Cell C put a ***** alert on my account of which I did not have knowledge until a sim swop was done. The forensic department now says that they are finished with the ***** case and that the accounts department is dealing with it further. On 2022-02-25 I went in to the store again and even the consultant shook his head and could not connect with customer care. I tried a few hours later and could also not connect. I send a request for proof of the so called audit on my account of which I have not received any feedback, and is still having an inactive contract of which Cell C *******ly took an amount out of my banking account and NOTHING has happened. I am considering ******** procedures as this matter is being covered up.
